Repair of the electric steering rack is one of the most complex processes; it requires well-experienced technicians and professional equipment for diagnostics and repair. MS561 EPS controller shakedown
Using of MSG Equipment devices guarantees quality diagnostics and repairs. MS561 EPS controller is required to test the operational and usage states of electric steering racks, columns and electro-hydraulic steering pumps.
Damaged rack is connected to MS561. If a rack does not run, the control unit should be opened to identify a problem such as: moisture and physical damage, problem with contacts, problem with power supply or sensor.
Check the changes in the errors and identify a unit that has a problem. Then check the rack with the help of EPS controller.
Remember, timely rebuilding of the steering rack helps to avoid repair of the steering wheel and entire steering gear.
