Package includes:

MS561 – controller for EPS units
The controller enables the diagnostics of the dismounted racks and pumps as well as of the steering rack torque sensor – separately from the unit.

MS604 – test bench for diagnostics of HPS pumps
The bench MS604 evaluates the performance capacity and output characteristics of single- and double-circuit HPS pumps with engine drives. With MS561, the bench can test EHPS pumps.

Special repair tools
The special repair tool kit is an absolute must-have for the dissembling/assembling of units. The usage of the tools provides the protection of the parts and makes the repair quick and reliable. The kit is completed with the tools on a case-to-case basis.

Diagnostic cables
The diagnostics cables are used for the connection of EPS racks and EHPS pumps to the controller MS561 for their diagnostics. There are two diagnostic cable types - CAN and FlexRay – for the diagnostics of the steering racks with the relevant unit control protocol type. The kit is completed with the diagnostic cables on a case-to-case basis.
