The KIT005-48V kit allows expanding the capabilities of early versions of the MS005 bench. Installing the kit enables the MS005 bench to:

1) Test 48V belt starter-generators (BSG) in both generator and starter modes of operation.

2) Utilize a diagnostic scanner to read data from the control unit of the 48V starter-generator.

The kit includes:

• 48V power supply unit.
• Set of elements for installation and connection of the power supply unit.
• Cable for diagnosing 48V belt starter-generators AUDI.
• 48 V AUDI alternator mount kit.
• Installation instructions.

The modification of the test bench includes the following stages:

1) Installation of the 48V power supply unit.

2) Connection of the 48V power supply unit to the electrical system of the bench.

3) Updating the bench's software and activating the new function.
