The test bench provides a comprehensive assessment of the technical condition of:
1. Vehicle alternators with a nominal voltage of 12V and 24V, with any connection terminals.
2. 12V "Stop-Start" system alternators and "I-ELOOP" (Mazda) alternators.
3. Vehicle starters with a power rating of up to 6 kW and nominal voltages of 12V and 24V, tested under no-load idle conditions.
4. 2V / 24V voltage regulators, tested separately from the alternator.
The test bench displays measured parameters as real-time oscillograms, allowing for a full analysis of the unit's operation and more accurate determination of the fault's cause. Additionally, the bench can be equipped with special cables for quick connection to alternator terminals, saving time whendiagnosing identical alternators.
Advantages:
• Display of measured data (current and voltage) as oscillograms.
• A database of alternators and voltage regulators.
• Convenient system for mounting the unit on the bench.
• Capability for quick connection of the alternator to the stand using special cables (not included).
• 9" touchscreen control.
• Free software updates.
