This package enables the launch of a new service line - the maintenance of HPS system including the repair of HPS racks and pumps. The package OPTIMAL solves the following tasks:
- diagnostics of HPS racks and pumps – both dismounted from a car and in it;
- flushing of HPS system;
- disassembling/assembling of HPS racks and pumps.

This package enables the launch of a new service line - the maintenance of HPS system including the repair of HPS racks and pumps. The package OPTIMAL solves the following tasks:
- diagnostics of HPS racks and pumps – both dismounted from a car and in it;
- flushing of HPS system;
- disassembling/assembling of HPS racks and pumps.
Package includes:
MS603N-220V – test bench for the diagnostics and flushing of steering units
The bench checks the racks and pumps of HPS system without their dismounting from a car. At the same time, it’s possible to test the steering racks removed from cars, and to flush HPS system.
MS604 – test bench for diagnostics of HPS pumps
The bench MS604 evaluates the performance capacity and output characteristics of single- and double-circuit HPS pumps with engine drives.
Special repair tools
The special repair tool kit is an absolute must-have for the dissembling/assembling of units. The usage of the tools provides the protection of the parts and makes the repair quick and reliable. The kit is completed with the tools on a case-to-case basis.
