The MS900 system is designed for cleaning diesel particulate filters (DPF, FAP) in passenger cars, trucks, and buses using a washing method. The system employs a unique cleaning technique that effectively removes ash and soot from the DPF without the use of chemical cleaning agents. Additionally, the system features a water recycling system to reduce cleaning costs, while its modular design simplifies transportation and installation.

The MS900 system is designed to clean diesel particulate filters by washing them with a stream of warm water. High-quality cleaning is achieved through the periodic change of flow direction and impact pulses of compressed air, eliminating the need for chemical cleaning agents.
The system consists of three modules:
Modules MS900A and MS900B are self-contained and operate independently from each other. When equipped with two MS900C modules, two filters can be serviced simultaneously. For easy record-keeping of serviced filters, the system retains cleaning results, which can be printed using an external Bluetooth printer (not included). The system comes with a set of fittings for connecting to the most common filters.
Advantages:
• Low cost of DPF cleaning.
• Fully automated cleaning process.
• Modular design for simplified transportation and installation.
• Capability to service two DPFs simultaneously when equipped with two MS900C modules.
• Chemical-free DPF cleaning.
• Storage and printing of DPF cleaning results.
• Free software updates.
