The MS900 is a set of equipment designed for cleaning particulate filters in both passenger cars and trucks through a flushing process. It utilizes a unique cleaning method that effectively removes ash and soot from the particulate filter without the use of chemical agents. The washing and drying process is automated, with a user-friendly and intuitive control menu. The enclosed filter cleaning process ensures cleanliness and order in the chamber and workplace.
The stand is intended for cleaning particulate filters by flushing. The MS900 employs the most efficient method of filter flushing, incorporating a reversal of the liquid flow direction. Changing the flow direction enhances the separation of soot and ash from the filter walls, and compressed air pulses amplify this effect. This ensures high-quality cleaning of the particulate filter without the need for special chemical agents.
The cleaning process with the MS900 stand consists of four stages:
Filter testing – 1 minute
Flushing – 30 to 60 minutes
Drying – 15 to 20 minutes
Re-testing – 1 minute
The system consists of three modules:
Due to its modular design, the MS900 can simultaneously wash and dry particulate filters, doubling productivity compared to conventional stands with a sequential operation order.
For convenience in tracking serviced filters, the stand stores the results of flushes and can print them on an external Bluetooth printer (included in the kit).
The stand comes with a wide range of fittings for connecting various particulate filters in both passenger and commercial vehicles.
Advantages:
• Low cost of particulate filter flushing.
• Versatility.
• Short cleaning time for the particulate filter.
• High productivity.
• User-friendly.
• Storage and printing of particulate filter cleaning results.
• Safety.
• Ease of transportation and installation.
• Free software updates.
