Thanks to this invention, we can test dismounted units as if they were mounted in a car. We can easily bring the compact device to the car and connect the unit without dismounting. It gives an opportunity to determine what exactly should be repaired: the car wiring or the unit. Another top feature is that we repair boards and dismounted electronic parts directly on mechanic’s repair table with the EPS Controller MS561. For quick detection of board failure we have to provide power supply and signals to the corresponding terminals. Then we use a multimeter and an oscilloscope to detect failures. Today we repair up to 90% of all existing failures which earlier were impossible to fix.
EPS Controller MS561 is an EPS testing system consisting of the Controller itself and a tablet. The device contains 100A power supply, it is enough to test any units under load. It has a powerful microprocessor, capable to simulate any signals from the car or a diagnostic scanner. We control it with the tablet either through Bluetooth, which is easy, or USB, which is safely and quickly.
The program interface is user-friendly but the crucial point is that it has a wide unit database with a smart search. Each unit has a cable with the original sockets and the right pinouts. The database is constantly extending. We can easily update the database, the program or even the firmware with a single button through Internet. This option is free and unlimited.
