MS006 COM test bench for car alternators

Diagnostic equipment for 12V auto alternators is in a different vein of its small dimensions, simple design, and the accuracy of measured parameters. All the results gained through diagnostic are possible to print out.

MS550 adapter for steering racks check without a control unit

MS550 device for steering racks test without a control unit (most often for Japanese made auto brands). In these cars, the EPS unit is located separately from the steering rack and communicates with it using wiring. Until recently, a steering rack check required a corresponding original control unit.

MS550 can check an electrical part of a steering rack without having to use the original ECU. Thus, having once bought MS550 universal control unit, you will be able to check any steering rack of a Japanese car such as Lexus, Toyota, Honda and others.

Updated tester MS031 for starter solenoid diagnostic

MS031 tester is required for 12 and 24V starter solenoid diagnostic, separately or as an assembly with a starter.

The device is in a different vein of its small dimensions, it can be used in car workshops and service stations. It is compact and easy to use, the device does not require special skills.

MS031 measures the parameters of a starter solenoid: pull-in current, hold-in current, electronic power resistance.

The updated tester has an ergonomic stand and holder for a solenoid.

FlexRay cables for electric power steering racks diagnostic

Many modern German car models have not the classic CAN bus, but the faster and more reliable FlexRay bus for the communication between a steering rack and other control units.

Simply connect the cable to MS561 controller and a steering rack. After switch starting, the FlexRay bus itself is synchronized and the controller will send all the necessary data to the steering rack in the program of MS561.

The diagnostic scanners that we use, work on the CAN bus. A separate control unit is installed in the car that connects all FlexRay, Can, Lin, Most tires and the diagnostic bus. The MSG cables have completely recreated this functionality for steering racks with FlexRay, so nowadays all connected units can be diagnosed with any of the diagnostic devices on the market.
