Day 1

- Selection of component parts by catalogue;
- Expendable materials for repair;
- Component parts classification;
- Types of shock absorber packing glands.

Practice:
- Use of measuring tools for selection of component parts;
- Diagnostics and repair of two-tube shock absorbers;
- Unassisted selecting of component parts from the warehouse;

Day 2
Theory:
- Construction of mono-tube and two-tube shock absorbers;
- Special tools for shock absorbers repair.
Training resources: Emmetec catalogue, specialized tools.
Practice:
- Diagnostics and repair of mono-tube shock absorbers.
Training resources: a mono-tube shock absorber, MSG Equipment specialized tools, equipment for repair (MS200, MS1000+).
Day 3
Theory:
- Expendable materials for shock absorbers repair;
- Dealing with questions arisen in the course of training;
- Theoreticalissues summing up.
Training resources: Emmetec catalogue, training videos.
Practice:
- Diagnostics and repair of mono-tube shock absorbers.
Training resources: Emmetec catalogue, a mono-tube shock absorber, specialized tools, MS1000+ test bench.
In addition to the issues stated above, alterations and updates to the course in consideration are possible. To customer’s option, more detailed insight into repair of some particular models of car units is available. A customer is allowed to bring with him any car unit at his own wish.
