In the beginning of 2019, Zentrum-Group purchased MS561 Controller for EPS systems and a set of diagnostic cables. As time passed, they wanted to learn more about diagnostics of electric racks, columns and electro-hydraulic pumps of power steering systems.

Zentrum-Group approached us again when the company decided to improve the professional skill of their employees. They invited our specialist to carry out a training course "Maintenance and repair of electro-hydraulic pumps, electrical racks, and columns of power steering systems".
During the training, the company representatives learned to use the MS561 Controller host of functions in full. They mastered both theoretical and practical skills. They learned the operation principles of steering systems with electric/electro-hydraulic power steering. In the course of training, they consider the ways of diagnostics and detection of failures in steering units with electrical/electro-hydraulic drive.
This was a 5-day course slightly adjusted in compliance with the specifics of the local auto market. During the training, automotive units of the following car brands were studied:
VW Golf V, Scoda OCTAVIA II, VW Polo, RENAULT Kangoo, and others.
