How do we carry out the training of specialists in maintenance and repair of automotive alternators and starters, which includes the use of MSG Equipment tools?
Day 1
Theory:
- Application, classification, functioning and structure of an alternator;
- Major failures and troubleshooting.
Training resources: alternators by Bosch, Valeo, Magneti Marelli, Lucas, Nippon Dense, Mitsubishi, Hitachi, Delco Remy.
Practice:
- Diagnostics and repair of alternators on the appropriate test bench.
Training resources: alternators and voltage regulators.
Day 2
Theory:
- Application, classification, functioning and structure of a starter;
- Starter maintenance, major failures, troubleshooting;
Training resources: starters by Bosch, Valeo, Nippon Dense, Delco Remy, Magneti Marelli.
Practice:
- Diagnostics and repair of starters.
Training resources: models of starters (see below).
Day 3
End-of-the course assessment, diagnostic and repair skill training. Profound insight into the repair specifics of some particular car units.
Add-ons:
- Work with the catalogue;
- Conducted tour of the enterprise;
- Introduction of MSG Equipment special repair tools and equipment.
