It evaluates the technical condition of starters and alternators from passenger cars and heavy trucks, detects a possible fault cause. Also, it can be used for the post-maintenance run of the units.
MS004 COM – Test Bench for starters and alternators
MS004 COM is a multifunctional test bench for quick and quality diagnostics of automotive alternators, starters, and voltage regulators without applying any additional measuring devices. It operates from the mains – 220V.
MS006 COM – Test Bench for alternators
MS006 COM is a compact size test bench used for diagnostics of 12V/24V automotive alternators in assembly with voltage regulators either at no load or at a load of 50A, at a maximum rotation speed of 3000 RPM, which is sufficient for testing all types of passenger car alternators.
MS012 COM – Tester for voltage regulators
MS012 COM simulates the connection of a voltage regulator to a fault-free alternator in order to assess the voltage regulator's health and to select a proper substitute for a particular alternator.
MS014 – Tester for stator windings and rectifiers
MS014 is a device intended for diagnostics of both: stator windings and rectifiers of automotive alternators without applying any auxiliary measuring tools or unsoldering individual semiconductors of the rectifier.
MS013 COM – Tester for voltage regulators
MS013 COM is designed for diagnostics of voltage regulators of automotive alternators with a rated voltage of 12V either directly in a car or on the test bench that provides its drive. Tester MS 013 COM allows the evaluation of voltage regulator performance separately from the alternator.
MS021 – Tester for rectifiers
MS021 enables health assessment of automotive alternator rectifiers and individual diodes. The device is user-friendly, small-sized, and light-weighted. The needs of vehicle service stations have been taken as a basis for its development.
