MSG Equipment is going to the exhibition! It’s hard to believe it is happening, but the fact is that on 26-28 May 2021, we will introduce our equipment to the visitors of the 29th International Specialized Exhibition for the Automotive Aftermarket and Car Service Industry in Kyiv.
AutoTechService is one of the most significant events for the Ukrainian automotive service market. To say we were waiting for it would be a considerable understatement. Despite the lockdowns, we have continued to work hard and use this time to our advantage. Our engineers and developers were designing new testers and test benches, upgrading the existing ones, creating a new training course, and converting our other ones to the online mode.
At AutoTechService we will exhibit a lot of new and interesting products. In this article, we will briefly introduce some of them.
MS008 – Test bench for starters, alternators, and voltage regulators
The bench is used for health assessment of 12/24V (48V) alternators with various connection terminals operating under different control protocols under a load of up to 150A (12V mode), 12/24V voltage regulators under a load separately from alternators, 12/24V starters of passenger cars and heavy trucks at no load. The test bench is supplied with databases of alternators and voltage regulators and their connection diagrams.
MS112 – Test bench for electric AC compressors
It is a new product. MS112 is currently in the closing stage of testing and is ready to be put into full-scale production. The test bench is unique and one-of-a-kind. It is used for diagnostics of the electric part of AC compressors in electric or hybrid vehicles.
MS016 – Tester for voltage regulators of alternators
This tester has already gained a reputation among our customers. We have upgraded it and added a new i-Starts function for diagnostics of reversible Start-Stop alternators with a nominal voltage of 12V directly on a car. The device has a database of voltage regulators. The automotive units can be tested separately from alternators. The device has a small size and is user-friendly.
LOKI – Diagnostic scan tool for Tesla
We are a partner and authorized dealer of the developer of the LOKI diagnostic scanner. The device has unique software, enables specialists to work with the latest Tesla program versions, and extends the boundaries of Tesla alternative servicing. It helps to communicate with the vehicle CID (IC) and work with its service functions: change settings, make calibrations, read, analyze, and clear alert codes, install navigation. We will use our Tesla Model 3 at the exhibition to introduce the device's functionality. It is quite easy to learn how to diagnose Tesla with LOKI – basic knowledge of electronics will be enough to be able to do this. We created a training course in Tesla diagnostics which is available in two modes – offline and online.
Our equipment never gets old and outdated – free software updates are regular and automatic.
