Application:
Mechanism MS521 is designed for simultaneous operation with test bench MS502M and controller MS561. The mechanism is used to build up resistance to the steering rack movement through simulation of a load applied to a rack during wheels turning. It allows us to find such potential problems of a hydraulic booster as a leaking distribution valve, poor condition of a hydraulic cylinder central seal, wear of a midsection of the hydraulic cylinder body.
Diagnostics of EPS racks with the use of MS521 enables us to detect faults of the mechanical part of a unit.

The mechanism allows you to simulate the full work of the rack in real conditions, to identify hydraulic shock. It checks any power steering racks.
